This is part 8 of 10 in my HighLevel LevelUp 2026 guide. HighLevel announced more than 300 features and updates at LevelUp 2026, on LevelUp Day (27 October 2026) in Dallas. This post covers two of the 20 biggest: Release 15, Scheduled reports, and Release 16, Website health audits and WordPress Antivirus. Each one has a status label, what it is, why it matters, an example scenario, how to set it up and how an agency can sell it. The whole guide starts on the main LevelUp 2026 updates page.

Why listen to me? I was in the room at LevelUp Day. I run HL Growth Partner, a white-label HighLevel fulfilment partner in Brisbane. I'm a HighLevel Certified Admin and a Gold SaaSPRENEUR, and I build these features for agencies every week. Every launch here is checked against HighLevel's own LevelUp Day release blog, changelog and help centre. HighLevel's blog tells you what each feature does. This guide tells you what to do with it.

Release 15: Scheduled reports with AI summaries

Release 15 of 20: Scheduled reports with AI summaries. HighLevel LevelUp 2026 release card showing what it is, an example use case for a dental group, why it matters for agencies and how to sell it
Quick answer

Scheduled reports email a branded dashboard to clients daily, weekly or monthly. Now they can include a persistent AI summary at the top. Shaun Clark told LevelUp that when he sent customers a daily activity report at an earlier software company, his churn problem went away overnight. His advice was "Don't sleep on this."

Status: Scheduled reports are Live (custom reports can already be emailed daily, weekly or monthly). Dashboards gained an AI summary widget, a visual widget gallery and 16 reputation widgets.

What it is. Dashboards can now pin a persistent AI summary that reviews every widget and refreshes daily. There's a visual widget gallery with previews and recommendations, and 16 new reputation widgets. Custom reports can be scheduled to land in your client's inbox automatically.

Shaun's churn story. Shaun told the room he once ran a software company with a churn problem. He was making his customers a lot of money, but when he talked to them, they had no idea he was doing it. So he started sending them a daily report of the activity he was doing for them, and the churn went away overnight. His advice: use the scheduled email reports in dashboards to show clients what you're doing for them. "Don't sleep on this."

Why it matters. A report that lands in the owner's inbox every Monday, with a plain-English AI summary at the top, is the cheapest churn insurance an agency can buy.

Example scenario: dental group (illustrative). Picture a dental group with three practices.

  • Every Monday at 7am, the practice owner gets a scheduled report: new patient enquiries, bookings, reviews and ad spend.
  • An AI summary at the top reads something like: "Enquiries up, Google reviews flat. Reply to the two 3-star reviews."

How to set it up

  1. Build a client dashboard and add the AI summary as a widget.
  2. Create a custom report and schedule it weekly, with your branded sender.
  3. Keep it to one page. Owners don't read past that.

How an agency can sell this. Don't charge for it separately. Include it in every retainer and mention it in every review meeting.

Release 16: Website health audits & WordPress Antivirus

Release 16 of 20: Website health audits & WordPress Antivirus. HighLevel LevelUp 2026 release card showing what it is, an example use case for a family law firm, why it matters for agencies and how to sell it
Quick answer

WordPress Antivirus is HighLevel's security tool for WordPress sites it hosts. It runs malware and file checks, finds security gaps with one-click fixes, takes backups before changes, and includes hardening, a troubleshooter and activity logs, for one site or all of them at once. Website health audits and white-label reports were shown on stage.

Status: WordPress Antivirus is Live (help article published). The website health audits and white-label reports shown on stage weren't in the written release notes when I published this.

What it is. HighLevel's WordPress Antivirus for WordPress sites hosted with HighLevel:

  • malware and file checks
  • detection of security gaps, with one-click fixes
  • backups taken before any changes
  • hardening tools
  • a troubleshooter
  • activity logs

It can scan one site or all of them at once. On stage, HighLevel also showed website health audits and white-label reporting that agencies can send to clients.

Why it matters. "Is my website safe and healthy?" is something every client worries about and nobody reports on. A branded monthly report makes invisible maintenance visible.

Example scenario: law firm website (illustrative). Picture a family law firm in Canberra on HighLevel WordPress hosting.

  • The agency schedules antivirus scans across every client site.
  • When one site is flagged with an outdated plugin, the agency fixes it in one click, after an automatic backup.
  • The fix goes in the monthly white-label report.

How to set it up. Open the new WordPress site menu and go to Antivirus. Run a scan across all sites, then turn on Hardening.

How an agency can sell this. A "website care plan" with security, backups and a monthly health report. It's recurring, low-effort revenue.

Also announced for this release at LevelUp 2026:

  • White-label report URL: prospecting reports and automated reports can be served from your own domain. Status: Announced on stage.
