This is part 9 of 10 in my HighLevel LevelUp 2026 guide. HighLevel announced more than 300 features and updates at LevelUp 2026, on LevelUp Day (27 October 2026) in Dallas. This post covers two of the 20 biggest: Release 17, Ecommerce triggers, and Release 18, AdFuel, Creator Studio and HighLevel Partner. Each one has a status label, what it is, why it matters, an example scenario, how to set it up and how an agency can sell it. The whole guide starts on the main LevelUp 2026 updates page.

Why listen to me? I was in the room at LevelUp Day. I run HL Growth Partner, a white-label HighLevel fulfilment partner in Brisbane. I'm a HighLevel Certified Admin and a Gold SaaSPRENEUR, and I build these features for agencies every week. Every launch here is checked against HighLevel's own LevelUp Day release blog, changelog and help centre. HighLevel's blog tells you what each feature does. This guide tells you what to do with it.

Release 17: Ecommerce triggers, Shopify & Merchant Center

Release 17 of 20: Ecommerce triggers, Shopify & Merchant Center. HighLevel LevelUp 2026 release card showing what it is, an example use case for a shopify activewear brand, why it matters for agencies and how to sell it
Quick answer

Viewed Product and Added to Cart workflow triggers now work for Shopify and HighLevel stores. Shopify and WooCommerce contacts are enriched with lifetime value, order count and last order date. Shopify fulfilment messages go out per shipment, and Google Merchant Center sync is more reliable. Together they enable Klaviyo-style flows inside HighLevel.

Status: Live

What it is.

  • Viewed Product and Added to Cart workflow triggers work for Shopify and HighLevel stores. Anonymous browsing is matched to a contact once they identify themselves.
  • Shopify enrichment adds lifetime value, total orders, last order date and tax-exempt status to contacts. WooCommerce gets seven similar fields.
  • Shopify Order Fulfilled automations now send one message per shipment, with tracking links.
  • Google Merchant Center sync is more reliable and now covers funnel stores.
  • The store builder gets new product card and product page layouts, saved shipping addresses and a live data preview.

Why it matters. Abandoned-browse and abandoned-cart flows used to need Klaviyo. Now they can run in HighLevel, with the same CRM data your sales team uses.

Example scenario: Shopify activewear brand (illustrative).

  • Anyone who views the "Reformer Grip Socks" page twice without buying gets an email after 4 hours.
  • Carts over $150 get an SMS from the founder after 1 hour.
  • Customers with a lifetime value over $500 go into a VIP Smart List for early access to new drops.

How to set it up

  1. Reconnect Shopify so the Web Pixel installs.
  2. Add the Viewed Product or Add to Cart trigger and filter it by product or cart value.
  3. Build your VIP Smart List on the new lifetime-value field.

How an agency can sell this. "Klaviyo-style flows inside HighLevel" for Shopify brands. It's a migration and set-up project, followed by a retainer.

Also announced for this release at LevelUp 2026:

  • Product page builder: the product details block is now 11 separate elements (images, title and review stars, price, variants, quantity, Add to Cart, Buy Now, description, related products and reviews) that you can move and style individually. Status: Live.
  • Product list layouts: horizontal or vertical sorting and filtering on product list pages, with an automatic price filter. Status: Live.

Release 18: AdFuel, Creator Studio & HighLevel Partner

Release 18 of 20: AdFuel, Creator Studio & HighLevel Partner. HighLevel LevelUp 2026 release card showing what it is, an example use case for a regional agency, why it matters for agencies and how to sell it
Quick answer

AdFuel is HighLevel's program to pay for driving traffic to founders' businesses. You get white-label ad creative, such as a Voice AI pest-control ad, to brand as your own. It starts on social channels including Meta, with TV planned for 2027, and you can make your own ads in Creator Studio. Detailed terms are still to come.

Status: Announced on stage. Social and Meta come first, with TV planned for 2027.

What it is. "On top of that, we're going to help you market your business," the founders said. "We're actually gonna pay to drive traffic to your business, to you as a founder." The program is called AdFuel.

They played an example of the white-label ad creative: a Voice AI agent booking a pest inspection for "Guardian Exterminators". You put your logo and branding on ads like it, and HighLevel pays to run them in your market. It starts on social channels, including Meta, with TV advertising planned for 2027.

You'll get ready-made examples, and you'll be able to make your own in Creator Studio. "We've given out a lot of white-label content, hoping that you guys will leverage it," they said. "But now it's no longer hoping. We're just gonna help you do it."

Why it matters. Most small agencies' biggest constraint is their own marketing. Co-funded, ready-made creative for selling Voice AI locally is a big deal, if the terms are fair.

Example scenario: regional agency (illustrative). Picture a Townsville agency that sells after-hours Voice AI to local trades.

  • It uses an AdFuel commercial, branded with its logo, and runs it locally.
  • The leads go into its own HighLevel funnel.
  • It demos the voice agent live on the first call, using the same tradie scenario as the ad.

What I'd do now. Pick the one AI offer you'd want advertised in your area. Write the landing page and the follow-up workflow now, so you're ready to go when AdFuel opens.

What is HighLevel Creator Studio?

Quick answer

Creator Studio is HighLevel's AI creative studio. HighLevel's AI pricing lists it alongside Ask AI and AI Studio: free for agency users (fair use) and included in every AI Employee plan for client accounts. On stage it was tied to AdFuel, as the place founders will make their own ads.

Status: Live (listed in HighLevel's AI pricing). Its role in AdFuel was Announced on stage.

What it is. HighLevel's founders named Creator Studio as the place where founders will make their own ads and creative inside the platform. They tied it directly to AdFuel (see Grow): you'll be able to make your own ads there, as well as use HighLevel's ready-made examples. HighLevel's AI pricing guide lists Creator Studio with Ask AI and AI Studio. It's free for agency users (fair use), and the $497 plan includes advanced Creator Studio models. Client accounts get it through an AI Employee plan or pay-per-use, measured in rolling five-hour usage windows.

Why it matters. If HighLevel is going to pay for ads to run for founders, founders need a fast way to make on-brand creative. That's the job Creator Studio is meant to do.

What I'd do now. Get your clients' Brand Boards complete: logo, colours and the new typography styles. Every new creative tool in HighLevel this year reads from the Brand Board.

What is HighLevel Partner?

Quick answer

HighLevel Partner is HighLevel's program for connecting small businesses that sign up directly with qualified founders who can support them. HighLevel described matching by location, skills, industry and track record, with the business choosing who it works with. It's tied to the Founder Plan and needs an application. Check whether your country is covered.

Status: Announced on stage. Founder Plan, with an application required.

What it is. In the closing section of the keynote, the founders explained what happens to small businesses that sign up to HighLevel directly. The platform is "meant for the founders", so HighLevel will connect those businesses with the partner network, "and make sure that they get the support that they actually can get from you guys, from your expertise."

From HighLevel's earlier briefing:

  • matching is meant to suggest a shortlist of qualified founders, based on location, skills, industry and track record
  • the business chooses who it works with
  • founders who are matched with a client get a partner number to connect to that client's account

Why it matters. For the first time, HighLevel is acting as a lead source for its agencies, not a competitor for the same small businesses.

What I'd do now. Get your house in order before applications open:

  • publish clear niche pages
  • collect case studies you have permission to share
  • keep your Certified Admin status current
  • make sure your contact and booking pages work

I'd also ask HighLevel directly whether matching covers Australia and New Zealand at launch. That wasn't clear when I wrote this.
