HighLevel Project Management, Meeting Room, Events and Loyalty (LevelUp 2026)
HighLevel Project Management, ticketing, Meeting Room, the Events app and loyalty from LevelUp 2026: what is in beta, what was announced and how to sell them.
Part 10 of 10 in the LevelUp 2026 guide. Each release has a status label, an example use case, set-up steps and how to sell it. Checked against HighLevel's LevelUp Day release blog, changelog and help centre.
This is part 10 of 10 in my HighLevel LevelUp 2026 guide. HighLevel announced more than 300 features and updates at LevelUp 2026, on LevelUp Day (27 October 2026) in Dallas. This post covers two of the 20 biggest: Release 19, Project management, ticketing and Meeting Room, and Release 20, Events app and loyalty. Each one has a status label, what it is, why it matters, an example scenario, how to set it up and how an agency can sell it. The whole guide starts on the main LevelUp 2026 updates page.
Why listen to me? I was in the room at LevelUp Day. I run HL Growth Partner, a white-label HighLevel fulfilment partner in Brisbane. I'm a HighLevel Certified Admin and a Gold SaaSPRENEUR, and I build these features for agencies every week. Every launch here is checked against HighLevel's own LevelUp Day release blog, changelog and help centre. HighLevel's blog tells you what each feature does. This guide tells you what to do with it.
Release 19: Project management, ticketing & Meeting Room

Project Management is in beta. It has spaces, lists, tasks and subtasks, status groups, workflow triggers and an Add task action, Ask AI project building, a 45-endpoint API and an MCP connection. A native ticketing help desk was announced on stage, for agencies, SaaS founders and their clients.
Status: Project management is in Beta, with Ask AI, workflows, a public API (private beta) and MCP. Ticketing was Announced on stage. It wasn't in the written release notes when I published this.
What it is.
- Project Management: native spaces, folders, lists, tasks and subtasks, with statuses (Not started, Active, Done, Closed). Workflow triggers fire when a task is added, completed or reaches its reminder date, and there's an Add task action. Ask AI can build a whole project from one sentence (you approve each change), there's a 45-endpoint API, and an MCP connection lets you manage tasks from AI tools like Claude or Cursor.
- Ticketing: a native help desk. HighLevel positioned it as working at every level: you supporting clients, SaaS founders supporting their clients, and clients supporting their own customers.
Why it matters. Most agencies pay for ClickUp or Asana plus a help desk, and glue them to HighLevel with Zapier. Bringing both in-house cuts cost and puts client delivery next to client data.
Example scenario: white-label fulfilment agency (illustrative). This is close to how my team works.
- When a new sub-account is created, a workflow creates an onboarding project from a template: 22 tasks, assigned by role, with due dates relative to the start date.
- Client requests come in as tickets and turn into tasks.
- Ask AI answers "what's overdue for the Logan dental account?"
Example scenario: builder (illustrative). Picture a renovation builder who runs each job as a project. The client gets a ticket portal for variations and defects.
How to set it up
- Turn on the Project Management beta.
- Build one project template for onboarding. Then use the Task Added and Task Completed triggers to notify clients automatically.
- Connect the MCP endpoint if your team works in AI tools.
How an agency can sell this. Offer project-managed delivery as a visible part of your service, with a client-facing view, and set up project management for clients who run jobs.
What is HighLevel Meeting Room?
Meeting Room is HighLevel's built-in video conferencing. It offers personal and instant rooms, unique links for calendar appointments, guests without accounts, HD video and screen sharing, waiting rooms and passcodes, recordings, transcripts labelled by speaker, AI summaries with action items, and up to 100 breakout rooms per meeting.
Status: Live (Breakout Rooms are Live too)
What it is. Video conferencing built into HighLevel:
- personal rooms with a permanent link, and instant meetings
- a unique room for each calendar appointment, and guests don't need an account
- HD video, screen sharing and chat
- waiting rooms and passcodes
- recordings, transcripts labelled by speaker, and AI summaries with key takeaways and action items
- Breakout Rooms: up to 100 per meeting, with timers, broadcast messages and recording controls for each room
Why it matters. It removes a separate Zoom subscription, and puts every recording and summary on the contact record.
Example scenario: group coaching (illustrative). Picture a coaching program that runs its weekly call in Meeting Room.
- It splits 40 members into 8 breakout rooms for 15-minute hot seats.
- The AI summary of each call goes into the community as the weekly recap.
Example scenario: telehealth-style consults (illustrative). Picture a naturopath who books consults with Meeting Room as the location, so the link creates itself. (For clinical notes, keep using your practice software.)
How to set it up. Open Meeting Rooms from the side panel, and choose Meeting Room as the location in your calendar settings.
How an agency can sell this. It's part of the coach and consultant packages. Sell it alongside Course AI and Communities as an "everything in one login" offer.
Release 20: Events app & loyalty

Events lets you run free, paid and RSVP events, in person, online or hybrid. It includes QR tickets you can add to Apple and Google Wallet, mobile check-in, refunds and cancellations. It has been available to everyone as a beta in Labs since August 2026, and every attendee becomes a CRM contact.
Status: Beta in Labs (available to everyone since August 2026)
What it is. Native events: free, paid and RSVP events, in person, online or hybrid. There are QR tickets (you can add them to Apple and Google Wallet), mobile check-in with "Scan to check in", refunds and cancellations, and settings that control which payment statuses can check in.
Why it matters. It replaces Eventbrite or Humanitix for small events, and every attendee becomes a CRM contact with a follow-up workflow.
Example scenario: chapter meetup (illustrative). Picture a local HighLevel chapter running a monthly meetup.
- It uses a free RSVP event with QR check-in.
- After the event, a workflow sends the slides and the next date only to people who actually checked in.
Example scenario: Pilates studio (illustrative). A studio runs a paid "Reformer & Brunch" workshop with 20 tickets and wallet passes. Afterwards, attendees get an intro-pack offer.
How to set it up. Turn on Events in Labs, create the event, then use Mobile > Apps > Events to check people in.
How an agency can sell this. Event set-up as a one-off package, plus post-event nurture flows.
Does HighLevel have a loyalty program feature?
Yes, in private beta. Loyalty and Referral lets you build reward programs inside HighLevel. It includes a dashboard for enrolments, rewards and redemptions, a built-in QR scanner for recording visits and redeeming rewards, and access controls for each user. It suits cafés, salons and gyms that rely on repeat visits.
Status: Private beta
What it is. Customer reward programs built into HighLevel. There's a dashboard showing enrolments, rewards earned and redemption rates, a built-in QR scanner for recording visits and redeeming rewards, and access controls for each user.
Why it matters. Repeat visits are where hospitality, beauty and fitness businesses make their money. A loyalty program that sits inside the CRM can trigger automations, which a paper stamp card can't.
Example scenario: café (illustrative). Picture a café where staff scan a customer's code with each coffee.
- The tenth coffee is free.
- Anyone who hasn't visited in 21 days gets an SMS: "Your next one's on us."
How to set it up. Turn on the Loyalty app for the sub-account under Agency View > Sub-Accounts > Features & Limits, then go to Marketing > Loyalty > Create new program.
How an agency can sell this. A loyalty program set-up for venues with high visit frequency, bundled with review requests.
