A GoHighLevel Webflow integration lets you keep the design freedom of Webflow while every lead, booking and chat lands in your HighLevel CRM. There is no official one-click app between the two, so the work is choosing the right connection method for each job.
In this guide I walk through the four realistic ways to connect Webflow to HighLevel, what each one costs in 2026, and the point at which I tell clients to stop patching and rebuild on HighLevel instead.
Quick Facts
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Native app? | No official one-click Webflow–HighLevel app; you connect with embeds, scripts and webhooks |
| Custom code on Webflow | Needs a paid Site plan or paid Workspace plan (Webflow University, 2026) |
| Webflow Basic Site plan | US$15/month billed yearly, US$25 billed monthly (BRIX Templates, 2026) |
| Webflow Premium Site plan | US$25/month billed yearly, US$39 billed monthly; replaced CMS and Business from 13 May 2026 (BRIX Templates, 2026) |
| HighLevel plans | US$97, US$297 and US$497 per month (HighLevel pricing, 2026) |
| External form tracking | HighLevel's External Tracking script captures standard HTML forms, not iframe forms (HighLevel Help Centre, 2026) |
Four ways to run a GoHighLevel Webflow integration
Every Webflow build I audit uses some mix of the same four methods. Pick the method per element, not per website.
- Embed HighLevel assets — forms, surveys and calendars dropped into a Webflow Code Embed element.
- Site-wide scripts — the HighLevel chat widget and External Tracking script in Webflow's custom code settings.
- Route native Webflow forms — a Webflow form webhook, Zapier or Make, feeding a HighLevel Inbound Webhook trigger.
- Rebuild on HighLevel — move the site to HighLevel Websites when the patchwork costs more than it saves.
One rule before you start: Webflow's Code Embed element and site-wide custom code are locked on the free Starter plan. The Webflow University lesson on the Code Embed element (2026) states that a paid Site plan or Workspace plan is required, so budget for that from day one.
Connect Webflow to HighLevel with embedded forms and calendars
This is the fastest and most reliable method. The form or calendar lives in HighLevel, so submissions create contacts, apply tags and fire Workflows with no middleware at all.
Step-by-step: embedding a HighLevel form
- In the sub-account, open Sites > Forms (or Surveys), build the form and map each field to a standard or custom field.
- Click Integrate and copy the embed code. It is an iframe plus a small resize script.
- In the Webflow Designer, add a Code Embed element where the form should sit and paste the code.
- Publish the Webflow site, submit a test entry and confirm the contact appears in HighLevel with the right tags.
Calendars work the same way. Copy the embed from Calendars > Calendar Settings, paste it into a Code Embed element, and the booking triggers your Appointment Booked workflow straight away.
Styling trade-offs
Because the form renders inside an iframe, your Webflow classes cannot style it. Match fonts, colours and button radius inside HighLevel's form builder instead, and give the embed a fixed minimum height so it does not jump on mobile.
Iframes also hide the submission from anything on the parent page. That matters for tracking, which I cover further down.
HighLevel Webflow scripts: chat widget and site-wide code
Anything that should load on every page belongs in Webflow's site-wide custom code. In Webflow that is Site Settings > Custom Code, with separate boxes for the head and the footer.
For the chat widget, copy the script from Sites > Chat Widget and paste it into the footer code box so it loads after your content. If you have not configured the widget yet, my GoHighLevel chat widget setup guide covers greetings, business hours and routing.
- Publish to both the webflow.io staging domain and your custom domain, then test on each.
- Check the widget does not cover Webflow's own sticky buttons or cookie banner on mobile.
- Add the widget to one page first via page-level custom code if you want to trial it.
Route native Webflow forms into HighLevel
Some clients want to keep Webflow's own forms because the designer has styled them perfectly. You have three options, from free to paid.
Option 1: HighLevel External Tracking script
HighLevel's External Tracking script, found under Sites > External Tracking, records page views and compatible form submissions on non-HighLevel sites. The HighLevel Help Centre guide to tracking external forms (2026) says forms must be standard HTML forms in the page, which native Webflow forms are.
Paste the script into Webflow's head code, publish, then submit a test. Prior anonymous page views are stitched to the contact once they submit, which is genuinely useful attribution data.
Option 2: Webflow webhook to an Inbound Webhook trigger
Create a Workflow in HighLevel with the Inbound Webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Webflow, open Site Settings, find the Webhooks section under integrations, add a webhook with the Form submission trigger type and paste the URL.
Submit a test form, then click Fetch Sample Requests in the trigger and map the fields to Create/Update Contact. Webflow nests form fields inside a payload object, so map from there. My guide to inbound and outbound webhooks in HighLevel shows the mapping screens in detail.
Inbound Webhook is a premium workflow trigger in HighLevel, billed per execution. Check your agency's premium triggers settings before you push high-volume forms through it.
Option 3: Zapier or Make
Both have Webflow form triggers and HighLevel actions. Use them when you need extra logic, such as splitting one Webflow form into different pipelines, or writing to Google Sheets as well.
The catch is another subscription and another point of failure. For a single form going to a single pipeline, the direct webhook is cleaner.

Tracking leads from your GoHighLevel Webflow integration
Tracking is where most Webflow and HighLevel setups quietly break. The source of a lead disappears between the ad click and the CRM record.
Capture UTMs into custom fields
UTM parameters on the Webflow page do not automatically reach a form sitting inside an iframe. To fix that, pass the parent page's query string into the embed URL, or use hidden fields mapped to UTM custom fields so source, medium and campaign survive.
- Create custom fields for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and gclid.
- Add them as hidden fields on the HighLevel form.
- Test with a tagged URL and confirm the values land on the contact record.
Google Ads conversions
Because iframe submissions are invisible to Webflow, fire your conversion on a thank-you page instead. Set the HighLevel form to redirect to a Webflow thank-you page and trigger the Google tag there.
For offline conversion imports from pipeline stages, follow my Google Ads conversion tracking walkthrough for HighLevel.
GoHighLevel Webflow integration cost in 2026
The integration itself is free. What you pay for is the Webflow Site plan that unlocks custom code, your HighLevel plan and, optionally, a connector.
| Item | Plan | Price (USD) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Webflow | Starter | Free, but no custom code or Code Embed | Webflow University, 2026 |
| Webflow | Basic Site plan | $15/mo yearly, $25/mo monthly | BRIX Templates, 2026 |
| Webflow | Premium Site plan | $25/mo yearly, $39/mo monthly | BRIX Templates, 2026 |
| HighLevel | Starter / Unlimited / Agency Pro | $97 / $297 / $497 per month | HighLevel pricing, 2026 |
| Zapier | Free / Professional | 100 tasks free; Professional from $29.99/mo billed monthly | third-party pricing roundups of Zapier, 2026 |
| Make | Free / Core | 1,000 credits free; Core about $9/mo | third-party pricing roundups of Make, 2026 |
| HighLevel Inbound Webhook | Premium trigger | Usage-based per execution | HighLevel premium triggers, 2026 |
Webflow merged its CMS and Business plans into Premium on 13 May 2026, with existing sites moving across at renewal (BRIX Templates, 2026). If an older guide quotes CMS or Business pricing, it is out of date.
For most Australian small businesses, a Basic or Premium Webflow plan plus HighLevel Starter covers everything here without Zapier or Make.
When to skip the HighLevel Webflow setup and rebuild
I am a fan of Webflow for design-led brands. But I recommend rebuilding on HighLevel when the Webflow site exists mainly to capture leads.
- You are paying for a Webflow Site plan only to host three or four pages and a form.
- Your team edits the site rarely and nobody on staff knows the Webflow Designer.
- Attribution keeps breaking because forms, calendars and pages live in different tools.
- You need funnels, membership areas or order forms that HighLevel already includes.
Read my comparison of HighLevel Websites versus Funnels before you decide which builder fits. Keep Webflow when the CMS, interactions and brand polish are doing real commercial work.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Trying to add embeds or scripts on a free Webflow Starter plan, then wondering why nothing publishes.
- Expecting the External Tracking script to capture iframe-embedded HighLevel forms; it only sees standard HTML forms.
- Running both a Webflow webhook and a Zap on the same form, creating duplicate contacts and double workflows.
- Leaving native Webflow forms without spam protection; see my notes on stopping form spam and bots in HighLevel.
- Pasting the chat widget only on the staging domain and forgetting to republish to the custom domain.
- Skipping UTM custom fields, so every Webflow lead shows up with no source in reporting.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a native GoHighLevel Webflow integration?
No. There is no official one-click app connecting Webflow and HighLevel. You connect them with HighLevel embed codes, site-wide scripts, Webflow form webhooks or a connector such as Zapier or Make.
Do I need a paid Webflow plan to connect Webflow to HighLevel?
Yes, for anything involving code. Webflow's Code Embed element and site-wide custom code need a paid Site plan or a paid Workspace plan, so the free Starter plan cannot run HighLevel forms, calendars or the chat widget.
Can I use native Webflow forms instead of HighLevel forms?
Yes. You can send Webflow form submissions to a HighLevel Inbound Webhook trigger, route them through Zapier or Make, or install HighLevel's External Tracking script, which captures standard HTML forms. Choose one method per form to avoid duplicate contacts.
Where do I paste the HighLevel chat widget in Webflow?
Paste it in Site Settings, Custom Code, in the footer code box, then publish the site. That loads the widget on every page after your content. Test it on both your webflow.io domain and your custom domain.
Why is my embedded HighLevel form not tracked by the External Tracking script?
The External Tracking script only sees standard HTML forms on the page, and embedded HighLevel forms render inside an iframe. Embedded HighLevel forms already create contacts directly, so track their conversions with a thank-you page redirect instead.
How much does a GoHighLevel Webflow integration cost?
The connection itself is free. You pay for a Webflow Site plan that allows custom code, a HighLevel plan starting at US$97 per month, and optionally Zapier or Make if you need extra logic between the two tools.
Should I move my Webflow site to HighLevel?
Move it if the site is mainly a lead capture tool and nobody on your team uses the Webflow Designer. Keep Webflow if its CMS, interactions and design quality are driving real business results, and connect it to HighLevel instead.
